Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Maestro by Sentinel ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
Use of the Platform
Maestro by Sentinel is a governed revenue intelligence platform intended for enterprise sales teams and agencies. Access is by invitation only and subject to an executed agreement with Sentinel Intelligence Corp. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or redistribution of any component of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, models, workflows, and software — are the exclusive property of Sentinel Intelligence Corp. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Sentinel Intelligence Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
